Let us know where the septic tank is located on your property.
Ensure it’s fully accessible, free from dirt, & overgrowth.
We will always ask before we drive on lawns. Please let us know if there is any soft spots.

Carpet Cleaning
How to Prepare for your Visit:
Important to keep children and pets away from the working area.
Move any furniture in the area to get the most effective clean, it will help better our service.
Ensure carpets are thoroughly vacuumed prior to our visit. This will ensure a better product after we are done the service.
Non-Toxic chemicals are used to pre-soak areas.
Expect carpets to be wet for 24 hours or more.
Keep off carpets as much as possible.
